Your New Patient Appointment 90 minute time slot includes a review of your health history, a comprehensive postural assessment, a detailed consultation; the amount of therapy time at the first session will vary according to the complexity of your case.

A history form will be emailed to you as an attachment. Please do fill it out before your appointment, to maximize our time together. If you have no email address it can be sent through the US Mail, please call or text me at 248-971-4444 to let me know this is needed.
